yesh. im gonna post a short n sweet one. just becas im kinda tired. and my lil feet is now getting well. the swell is still prominent as usual. and the color changed from green to RED. goodness. maybe it's sign of healing. shld be more positive.
1st day in ed. and im alrdy appointed to the P1 triage. well, if u all didnt knw, i'll brief a lil. P1 is the priorty 1 room. with emergency care and emergency medicine and equipments all ard.
anyway, ive a dejavu when i was inside. =( i felt that i was there before. hrrmphs yup i think i was there before. sighs....
nwaes, was kinda a shock to me to be inside. resus and then emedicine. all fast n quick. there's not even time for u to think. vital signs are very crucial. 1 resus today.
and i didnt mention. it's totally opp from the ward settings. for ward a day shift wud be rather busy to keep u occupy but a day shift in ed is manageable.
but for, aftnoon. and esp mondays aftnoon! it's packed with humans. hahas-
well, exceptional. TODAY is extra busy!!! even SN claims that they've never seen such a busy day. what happen huh?? maybe it's a monday and u see it's coming to the end of 2006. that' explains a lil to the query of the packed humans today.
and, im very tired. my feet haven been resting. im off to watch show and den sleep =)
beauty sleep is impt tmr is triage area.
i'm beginning to LOVE alot more for ed, the care is so much diff compared to the ward settings.
