recently, im kinda force on whether shld i start my working career in this particular hospital, tough to make a decision, even the discipline im interested in. rather confuse.
as a student nurse, times are always not as easy as you think.
your seniors might just love to bully you. -these are plain sadist.
and some are really nice to you yet backstabbed you inside out. - well they're very cunning. they might have some ulterior motive for doing this.
but what i think seniors shld give, is a lil respect in our lil contributions even tho we're still learning as a student.
i dun wanna maglin all the senior nurses. yes i do agree some of them are very nice to you. and tat's the pure nice, they really treat you like how they feel inside. at least they dun go around backstabbing.
ive met those people and i wud say they're really nice working people. who makes nice partnership. and of course mentors.
i always think that attachment plays a very big part in your joy of becoming a better future nurse. mugging too much doesn't brings u far. but, ur eq brings you to a far status in your nursing career. it's all about teamwork. and nice people working tgt. understanding one another's weaknesses and strengths.
we shall not sulk on one other's weakness and start blaming that we can't cooperate well.
teach us something. - in the future we'll still gonna pass out as a nurse. working side by side with you as a colleague.
so students are also impt. that drafts out the future generation attitude of the future nurses. those mentors who has been teaching us greatly during our posting. will definitely leave a great impression in our hearts and mind. who inspired us to be a much better nurse.
you all do make a difference.
